I use Weebly for my own profession ePortfolio, and also facilitate colleagues at level 9 to develop their own ePortfolios as part of CPD. It’s a free tool that is very intuitive to use with lots of attractive and professional looking templates to choose from. Some advanced features require the user to pay for them, but the free version offers more than enough options to develop a creative portfolio suitable for a variety of fields that are either practical or academic.
