Stephen is an experienced leader in higher education with a proven track record of initiating and leading successful change projects. Through various leadership roles, including managing central support services and most recently heading the University Teaching Academy at Manchester Metropolitan University, he has consistently demonstrated both vision and execution skills. Additionally, currently the Series Editor for the SEDA Routledge Focus publication with a successful track record of bidding for funded projects and publication outputs.
